Closed:

New Year's day, Easter, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. 

The day before these major holidays, the front desk for check-ins and check-outs closes at 12pm. We have full occupancy at these times and will be focusing on getting our guests settled in. Deposits for holidays of 1/2 down are required when the reservation is made.

Refunds are given if cancellation is 2 weeks or more before the scheduled dates. Deposits are not transferrable to future reservations.
